just foolin around today trying to get all the bug guts off and had an opiphany.. hydrogen peroxide breaks down proteins.. so therefore it should break down the guts.. well i grabbed the bottle and ill be damned the squirt bottle top screwed right on.. i misted the front of the car and let her sit a few minutes then bloosh blam the front end rinsed off with a little pressure and no more bug guts.. may be new info to some old to others but i thought i would share..

Isn't paint made up of proteins and lipids?

 

catalyzed urethane.. i doubt it would EVER hurt the paint..
