Red face permanent water stains......

ok I have these permanent waterstains on my windows. I got stoner invisible glass but they still wont come off, any ideas?

This is covered all over these forums. Vinegar + newspaper works well, glass polish works too.

A mild abrasive such as the Zaino Z-12 glass polish works great.
