I'll be the first one to say it... Zanio is the way to go!

www.zaniobros.com

The products deliver all they promise and then some. Since your car is black, I would skip getting the Z-2 polish and just get the Z-5 polish instead. Check out the site and it will tell you everything you need to know and what to get.

Regardless of what polish you use, only use 100% cotton made in the USA white towels and wash mits. Otherwise you will just swirl up that new finish!

My car is black and I use Mothers and it works great but I have seen black cars with Zaino and it looks so much better and it really shines. Since your getting a black car and it will show dirt, I suggest getting "the glosser" wax wipes for quick cleans. They come in a package of 5 and help out alot.

Cool

If you're looking for just a good shine I could recommend a dozen products, but the one that offers the ultimate in shine AND protection is....Zaino. Grab some Z5, Z7, Z6, and Z1 and you'll be all set for a while. Zaino is not a wax, but a polymer that will outlast, outprotect, and arguably outshine nearly anything out there. I have found only a couple of products that seem to nearly equal Zaino in terms of protection and shine, but shine is subjective I suppose. In the end, Zaino is still top dawg in my book for the price and protection.

As with any paint job you want to keep flawless, it's also very important to use very high quality toweling, mitts, and related techniques. This will make a huge difference in the outcome of any finish. Learning the hard way over several years has taught me this. Spend the few extra bucks on simple items like towels and your finish will reward you! Guaranteed!!
