mold on convertible top

Does anyone have suggestions for getting black mold off of the seams of the rag top of my 95 Trans Am. Also the top is fading, can they be dyed.
Thanks...Caper

Go to a fabric store and get canvas cleaner. Tell them what you're using it for/on and they'll help you out. You'd be surprised what those old ladies know!

I think a good scrub might be all they need though. Maybe some hand soap and water and a good scrub brush.
