Ok i am claying, using 3M SWR and 3M show car wax. I washed my car, then clay, then wash, then 3M swr, then wash then wax? Do i have to wash it that much?

I don't really think you NEED to (but it can't hurt)wash between clay and the SMR,as long as you wipe the residue off each panel after you clay it,but the others are necessary.

I would still wash between steps like you mentioned in the original post.......I know the swirl remover contains oils that the car wash will dissolve.
