my wipers dont work too good i bought some new Bosch wipers, and they don contact the windshield too good. do i have to buy new wiper arms? i am new to the 4th Gen fbody cars. i used to own a 3rd gen GTA. so if someone can help that would be great.

 

I just bought some-can't remember what brand-and the first ones I bought were 24 and one fit fine, but the other didn't get the windshield at all. I went back and realized I was supposed to get 24R and they are perfect, best wipers I've ever had--so make sure you have the right ones for your car.

 

the bosche wipers are the champion, but they never contact the window. You have to carefully bend the the metal part of the wiper blade then it will work like a dream.

 

I bought like 3 different brands and they wouldn't fit my 96 Camaro. They would fit, but they wouldn't snap in or they would but wouldn't sweep the whole windshield.

After sort of breaking the windshield wiper arm away from the wiper arm guard (which I'm still trying to figure out how to connect back together), I said forget it.

Just went out and bought some Delco replacement blade refills.
Works fine...

 

Funny, I JUST bought some new Bosch wipers and they do the same thing. Only about 1/2 the wiper actually hits the glass.
