Help with windows....

One day I was trying to get the water stains off my windows which are real bad. I used vinegar, ammonia, nothing worked. I was getting pissed off and used some Armorall wheel cleaner (I know, I'm stupid ) since it's abrasive....well, it got the water stains off but now I have a permanent stain on the window from where I used the wheel cleaner. I used stoner's invisible glass, Zaino Z5 and none worked. It's like it's etched into the glass but you can't feel it, it's perfectly smooth......any ideas?

Wheel cleaners like that so not contain abrasives (abrasives are solids, no quite naturally if the liquid had a solid in it it would not spray) but what they do have is acids and very strong acids at that. So what you have done is to chemically etch your glass with acid, the strongest glass cleaner polish I have ever used and the most effective is the Zaino Z-12 Glass Polish, it is a strong compound cream and might help.

Will the steel wool scratch it?

I'd stay away from steel wool as I used it to remove the adhesive from the window sticker on the Jeep, and now I have some light scratches in the window

You may be able to use steel wool and then polish the glass, but I have yet to try polishing. I'd err on the side of safety and try something else.
