I'm took my ss hood and cme valance to the bodyshop and he asked me what color was my camaro. I don't know if it's mystic teal or bright teal. how do i check for paint code? Here are some pics of my car and can you pls tell me if it's still the stock color and what color it is. I want him to match the color exactly.

 

Knowing the year of your Camaro would be a help. It looks like bright teal to me, but I'm not an expert by any means. You should be able to find all the RPO codes on a factory sticker placed on the door jamb or the glove box.

 

looks like bright to me...Mystic teal is a good bit darker.

it's been a few years ago i worked in a body shop as a frame and bodyman .But it seems to me the paint code can be found in a few different places glovebox, console , door jamb,underside of deck lid,even the hard cardboard spare tire cover.I think yours is in the clove box and the number used to have the letters W A infront of the code num. Also if your car has any age on it at all ,fading may have slightly changed the factory color.
