Help with freezing

I'm currently dealing with winter. I had power locks and windows added to my car, and they keep freezing, and the windows tend to freeze to the rubber of the t-tops. Any idea how to prevent this?

Have you tried treating the rubber around the windows with a protectant? That may help keep the rubber protected and pliable and eliminate the sticking?
