You could try a paint cleaner like Meguiar's Body Scrub or try a solvent like refined mineral spirits or alcohol.

now I have a question for yall... the oil has oozed its way into the window cracks so every time i roll the window down it smears right back on.. that and it rained today here and finally after getting the paint all cleaned off residue from the window is going right back onto the paint. grrrr. so here is the question is there a way to clean this and get rid of it all and not have to spend lots of time taking the door apart . cody's suggestion was to not roll the window down

Thanks
Carla

Dawn dishwashing liquid is a great wax, oil, and grease cutter.
