Flat Black????

I hate my forest green color on my 94 z28. I think i am going to get it painted flat black next month. I want to get 17x11 gloss black zr1s with a chrome lip and a 3in cowl hood to really make my z28 sick as hell. What do yall think of flat black on 4th gens? Or should i get a dark silver or gloss black paint job with flat black zr1s?

GM Performance Parts did an LS7 Camaro that they painted flat black. I didn't like it. I like gloss paint.

Flat black looks ugly in my opinion. I'm with shock6906 on this one.

Flat black makes a good complement on hood pieces, rear bumper, etc., but I wouldn't paint a whole car with it.

Guess the 4th. gens still look too new to be painted like a rat rod. I saw in hot rod magazine that a company is making a satin black paint specifically for rat rods (that does not fade to gray) but I can't remember the name. Don't even think about spray cans, it will look like a honda LOL

how about a titanium grey color? Check out late model bimmers and benz cars, there are some nice colors out there, your paint shop already has all the formulas.

Flat black may look good with clearcoat, It would look kind of stealth or MAD MAX like.
