What is the best paint to use on my nose piece where the black paint is being blown off and the yellow underneath is showing??

I guess no one ever answered your question. If you want to touch up with rattle can paint I would go with Rustoleum Protective enamel. Did my entire car with it and had it recommended to me. So far so good!

 

had the same problem with my car. Everytime i washed it, more and more yellow bumper would show. I used duplicolor bumper coating in a semi gloss black. The bumper coating has a flex agent in it already so it wont chip or crack with the movement of the plastic bumper.
