Fixing a spot on the nose

So it was pretty late last night when me and my wife got home. My usual parking spot was taken so I took the next one over no biggie - when I heard (I thought) my tire hit the parking lot stop thing and I didn't think anything about it. I go out the next morning to run her to work and thought I'd go over and look, and to my surprise some rebar was sticking out of the stop, and screwed up the paint pretty bad on the front nose on the passenger side. It didn't scratch it deep or put a hole in the nose, but instead of scracthing the paint, it kind of made it "flake" or chip off, in large chunks.

I'd say in it's about a 6-8" area that you can see the nose and no paint, and it's hideous. What would be my best option OTHER than getting the entire front nose resprayed? I was considering spraying it myself since I have some knowledge in painting cars and being a newlywed I really don't have $500+ to be spending on fixing the nose but I can't leave it the way it is. Any ideas/suggestions would be awesome, I'll post a pic if I can tomorrow morning.

the cheapest way to fix it is just touch it up with some touch up paint but you really should get it fixed if you do not want to knowtice it every time you look at the front

Yeah what aboutt just fixing the spot where it chipped? How hard is it to feather in new paint and make it blend decent... I don't care if someone notices, I just don't want it to be an eyesore or the FIRST thing someone notices when looking at the front
