Post First Zaino Question Ever!

I have a 93 that has always been garaged and is in great shape. The paint is great overall with the exception of two touch up spots on the driver's door. 3M Swirl remover was recommended by several people but I don't want to make the problem worse and end up having to paint the whole door. They are raised up and noticable if you look at them. The body shop guy said he could lower them for 1-1.5 hours of labor, each. That'll work out to around $120-$180 total. If I use the Zaino products over the touch up spots will they stand out a lot more? I'de like to protect the rest of the paint also but only have so much $$ right now. Will Zaino actually make it look worse than it does now?

There is a touch-up paint system you can do yourself. www.langka.com
