Dry Cleaning?

I just moved into an apartment/townhome. The downside...i am not allowed to wash my car there...the plus side, i have a garage and am allowed to do whatever i want inside. this brings me to my question...

is it possible to get a good cleaning without soap and water? I dont like taking the car to the carwash because they leave nice scratches on the hood from dirty rags ands and such...i have the meguiers in-between spray...but the car is really dirty, and i want to clean it really well so i can do a really nice detail job (compound and wax), it hasnt had one in a while...

any suggestions?

Re: Dry Cleaning?

How about finding one of those car wash places where YOU wash the car, and they supply the water? I've done that when I was in a similar situation.

You can wash it yourself at the coin-wash type places or you can use something like Protect-All's Quick and Easy Wash (QEW). Lots of information on it at www.autopia.org
