I recently bought a '99 Grand Prix, and the person I bought it off of must have used some type of wax like that and it seemed to have worked pretty good.

When I looked the car over I saw a few little dings and some light scratches. Then the first few times I washed it more and more swirls kept popping up. And no it wasn't from me since I used the same thing I use to wash the Camaro without problems.

What would be the next step from Finesse It II (more cutting). I had some luck with the Finesse It II but think I need something a little heavier to get the job done. I really don't care to much about this car (daily driver) but figured it would be good to practice on and see what I can do.

Next more aggresive step to me would be 3M Fine Cut Rubbing Compound, its a good product.
