I hat a spot on the front fender that use to be a spot where clear coat had bubbled up and flaked off, now it looks like the paint is in the process of starting to come up. It seems too small to take to a paint shop and be without it for days, any body know how I can take care of this myself, there is a local car quest where I can get any materials I need.

 

Do it right and take it to a shop.
