Clear coat peeling... best way to fix it? (pics)

So my car isn't really that bad, clearcoat is good everywhere by the nose piece. Its peeling pretty bad. Any tips on how to fix it? Even a half *** fix? Its a DD that has 109k on it swirls in the paint and I bought for $2k. Any expectations on what a shop would charge? Any easy ways to fix it in a garage....

Pics...

It'll have to be repainted. Probably $300 - $500.

Around here, there are some detail shops that do small jobs like that, and they are cheaper than a body shop. You might one in your area.

if you just want it to look better, get some duplicoler touchup clear coat. it wont looks even, but the color will look the same as the rest of the car, and it wont peel any more. I had some small chips on my nose, and now you cant really tell theyre there unless you look up close, or the light is just right.

My 95 Z28 started about a year ago after a bad wash which scratched the clear coat up to hell. Also my 02 Z28 started pelling at the nose 6 monthago. Not happy with this but there is no real easy fix, but some really find sand paper and clear coat spray over. I would not do the 300. macco paint job. It will look like a 300. paint job...

That's weird. Why do you think only the nose is having issues? Do you park under a carport where only the nose sticks out in the sun?

I think I'd take it to somebody who details cars for a living and ask them what could be done. Maybe it could be wet sanded and then re-clearcoated?

Late response but no clue bought it used, last December with like 105k on it. God knows how it happened bell could have been ringed and replaced with bad paint prep.
