Novus Plastic Clean & Shine works great for this. The #1 is for cleaning scratch-free plastic. They have more aggressive polishes (#2 Fine Scratch Remover and #3 Heavy Scratch Remover) if you have to restore a scratched or faded piece.
It's available at Harley-Davidson dealers. Only $4.50 for the #1.
