Black stuff on my paint?
I can't figure out what it is! It's hard, not gooey at all, very thin and spread out in little individual "splashes." I definitely drove through it. It almost looks like black paint, but am not for sure...
Neither Goo-Gone nor WD-40 will take it off. I can get most of it off if I use my fingernail, but there are a lot of spots to do it that way.
I even tried a claybar. It just laughs at everything I try! Any ideas what it could be and how I can get it off more easily than using my fingernail?
