Question Area between tail lights

so I want to make the back of my camaro (above the bumper, just under the tail lights, and the area between them) black and keeping the rest of the paint intact. any idea's on how to do this without having to actually paint it?

Re: Area between tail lights

It's called a berger panel and there are screws on the opposite side (under the carpet )that holding it in. You'll have to remove the taillights as well.
