bug and tar remover?

I always wondered if it hurt the paint, because it works great at getting rid of tar on the paint.

 

Yes. It doesn't hurt the paint.

 

Yes also you can use lighter fluid

 

WD works great on that stuff.

 

I use rubbing alcohol. It works far better than anything else I've tried. I don't think I would be comfortable spraying wd40 onto my paint though..

 

I've been doing it for years.

 

WD40 works, but it will remove wax.

 

always knew that bug an tar remover stuff in the white can smelled familiar....prolly was WD-40 lol, wouldnt suprise me because I had a soft top fabric cleaner for my jeep that smelled exactly like windex and 95% of the chemicals in it were the same...

 

I use Bug-Be-Gone by Seafoam.

 

I've used this stuff called Goof Off lately........but I have used WD40 in the past....
