I think the cheapest place to get white faced gauges is Ebay.

If you do a search in the appearance section i posted a question how many people have used ebay overlays. There was about 1 page of replies saying they had them and liked them. I have mine on and working now and i love them. Not bad for $29 shipped to my door. Just an option. I dunno if they have reverse glow gauges for TA's. Those are killer.
