I found a those on a couple of sites; running about $85.00
Golen Engines can broach yours or may have one for sale. I believe the other site was ThunderRacing. I came across them while doing a Google search for the same thing.
I'm building a stroker LT1 for my 96 Vette and need one of those for my setup too. I'm thinking of going with an ATI damper though, which comes with a keyed hub.
BTW. I'm in Park Forest visiting relatives right now.
