The cam he is selling will not pass Cali emissions. I have a cam that has passed with a good tune. Its a Comp Cams 224/236 114LSA camshaft. The LSA helps with emissions and the large split duration makes this cam optimal for use with nitrous. It is brand new and I am looking for $200 as well. I also have other valvetrain parts for sale as well.
