Just like the title states.
I've picked up an early 90's corvette 700r4 and am mating it to a LT1 for a '98 bmw conversion and need the kick down cable (T.V. cable) that attaches to the throttle body of a NON COMPUTER 700R4.
I looked over Rock-auto and they give the detent cable but NO kick down cable.

Does anyone have one laying around?

You are wanting one from a 93 automatic LT1 car with a 4L60. Btw isn't a detent cable just another way of saying kick-down cable?

 

Rockauto shows the 'detent' as the arm next to the valve body that rides over the shifting detents.
Then the shifting cable would go from the floor/column shift to the lever on the outside of the trans case.

I just wasn't sure if it was the same as the 4l60e.

Oh gotcha. Yeah look for the kickdown cable from a 93 Automatic 4l60 (non-electric) camaro or firebird. Its the one you will want to use for your 700r4 & lt1. You will also need a 93 throttle cable bracket in order to mount it.

 

They are on ebay for under $20 delivered..just search "700r4 tv cable".

 

It would have to fit a TPI & 700r4, the ones for TBI would be too short just keep that in mind.
