I need the plastic dash piece (next to the wind shield) for a 97 SS. Does anyone have one that does not have any cracks or scraches?

 

To be honest, you're probably better off buying one new from eBay or the dealership. You'll end up paying more, but you'll be getting a brand new piece instead of another one that's probably just as old as the one you've got now, if not older. The plastic will already be brittle with age and may snap when you install it. In my opinion, you're better off paying a little more for a new one.
