"new" as in "never used" or as in "new to you"???

I've got one that would be "new to you" if interested.

 

I have a msd cap and rotor, actually got two of them. One is new still in the package, the other was taken out of the package and put together on the opti on the bench, but never installed on the car. I ended up parting out the car so it never got used.
