I've also got one off a 95Z with 78K miles...only replaced it because it seemed like the thing to do with the new engine. $30 + shipping, located in San Diego.

 

Do either of these come with the housing? or just the pump?

 

One would assume they come with the 'housing', since it is the water pump on an LT1 [unless converted to electric]
That plate you see on the front is only a flat cover, not the 'pump'

 

This is true, however, if you search ebay and what not you'd be surprised on how many gutted housings you see as "stock water pump" Just trying to make sure i'm getting what i need.

Assumtion can kick your *** when buying stuff online. I've learned my lesson not to assume anything anymore. But thanks
