I bought mine new for $150 from http://www.transtronics.com/memory/EPROM.htm Haven't used it yet just because I haven't got to the tuning stage yet. It comes with the software needed and the burner, but you will still need the definiton file for your car and the software to read it (Tunercat or Datalog). I'm not interested in selling mine, but I thought I'd point you in the direction of a reasonably priced one...
