C.A.T.S. OBDII Tuner
This is the early version of the OBDII Tuner that CATS put out (TunerCat for '96+ PCMs).
I talked to the company and they said they can do license transfers, so if you have this program but no longer use or want it, I am interested in buying it from you.

I'm still very interested in this!
If you are an individual user who only uses it to tune your own vehicle, then you can just buy JET's DST software to replace it.
