BOSE CD player

I am looking for a factory BOSE cd player from a 93-97 Camaro. I would love to find one from a 93 with the yellow writing, but would be happy with one from a 94 or newer with the white writing.

I may have one from my '93 with the yellow. I'll have to check the storage area. What's the going rate for one of these?
