I have a 9" rear consisting of a Moser housing, Moser 31 spline axles, 1/2 wheel studs (long but will change if needed), Moser Tq arm mount.
Center section is a Nodgular HRW brand with a 31 spline Detroit locker, 4:11 richmond pro street gears, H/D pinon support with a 1310 series yoke.

The rear is complete and installed in my LT1 car. Ive decided the Locker is to much for my personal taste at this time with the street use it sees.
50 miles or less is on the rear.

I would like a 9" similar with a posi unti or a 12 bolt with posi and a girdel.
Will sell out right for $1,900

MILES are not a real big factor nor is track passes on any I will consider.

A posi would cost you $400 and would be alot less of a problem to switch out than a whole rearend. I did the same as you as I couldn't stand the locker. I am now the proud owner of an Auburn Pro series Posi, and I love it.

 

funny i saw this post .. i was thinking about trading my strange 12 bolt with a posi in for a 9" with a locker cuz i cant find a locker for my 33 spline 12 bolt !!!

mines got 4.10s with long studs as well .. and the aluminum girdle !!!

im about to put a spool in there and call it a day .. but i've been thinking about a locker
