Vortech V1 S Trim for LT1 For Sale
Re: Vortech V1 S Trim for LT1 For Sale
No thanks, everything is fitted for this elbow. No, it's not polished, it was coated, but since it was discoloring, I removed the coating and haven't had a chance to recoat it.

Wonder how a 11.5 to 1 BUILT LT1 would like this. If you can run it on a stock LT1, I would think it would work fine as long as I didnt get stupid with the boost. opinion?

^^^That's an honest man right there. I would have been like "Yeah that combo would make 10,000 horsepower."
You could buy it and pully it down to like 2 psi w/ methanol to make it safe I guess. But what's the fun in that???
TTT for a nice charger.

Yes, this is the non-intercooled kit. Vortech claims 135 hp and 85 ft/lbs @ 6 PSI on a stock, non-intercooled LT1. Everything is in good condition, no play in the shaft which spins nicely, though the casing could stand a bit of cleaning (which I will do before shipping/pickup). The non cooled kit runs fine, though it may be a good idea to add an SMC alcohol kit if you plan to run it hard in the summer time. I've never had a problem with the outside temp, but I mostly drive at night/early morning when the air is cool.
