I bought a set of chrome zr1 wheels off this dirtbag a month ago which he claimed to have shipped, and i still never received. I paypalled him 500.00, and after i disputed the claim, they got me back a whopping 3.36, gee thanks. He has screwed a lot of other people on ls1.com as well, do not buy from James Roth. Is their any other good ways to go about getting my money back?? After 30 or so good board transactions, this happens, and I will probably never buy off the board again.

Did you pay with your credit card through Paypal? If so file a claim through your credit card company. In my experiences credit card companies do a much better job of getting your money back than Paypal does.
