TFS Twisted Wedge G1 (SBC) Heads
TFS Twisted Wedge G1 (SBC) Heads
I am considering selling my TFS G1 Twisted wedge heads. I have owned them since new. They originally had the iron valve guides but have been replaced with bronze guides. I have done some minor port work (cleaned up bowls and runners for casting flash mainly). A couple of push rod holes were bushed with inserts inside the intake runner. They are currently on my 350 and still in service. They were purchased new with the upgraded 1.440" double springs. They are currently only being run with the outer spring because I am only running a mild hydraulic flat tappet cam. The reason for selling is to purchase a set of larger AFR heads for a new 383 project. Price is $750 + shipping.
Head Specs Per trick flow technical support:
G1: 180cc intake port, 13*/23* valve angles, 64cc chambers, cast iron guides, Teflon seals, (4.460" OAL) 2.02"/(4.750" OAL) 1.60" valves, angled spark plug location.
If my memory serves me right, they flow around 236/196 according to a few different magazines when they came out. Someone here on the board could probably confirm this. The really flow great on the exhaust compared to alot of heads.
