t56 short stick
i have a couple short sticks that i machined up. i built in an easy wat to adjust the length without cutting the threads.
in full lenght form the sticks are 1" shorter than stock, and if you cut the lower mounting hole off the stick is the same lenght as the popular Lou's short stick (2" shorter than stock).
the sticks are machined from stainless and all eliminate the lower mounting bushing that makes the stock sticks so sloppy
here is the size comparison:

how bout $30 shipped USPS in the united states
i have 2 available

Re: t56 short stick
you're damn skippy it will.
the factory Hurst option shifter used the same crappy shift lever that the base models got.
so this is a direct bolt in.
i actually have a hurst unit (from a 96 SS) in my current car. for the cost of the shifter (i paid $50 shipped) and then the cost of a short stick (for me a brand new Lous $55) i think it makes one hell of a shifter.
and the stick that i machined is pretty similar to the Lou's design, but is straight and offers an option to keep it longer. which works good for shorter people.
it took a good 2 hours of machine work for each of these sticks, it was fun time working with my father in the garage. but it was on a non-computerized mill, all measurements done by hand.
just if you were wondering.
so $30 is a good deal.
shipping will be USPS priority...$3.85 anywhere in the US....bolts included

haha....i know the feeling...
my gf is getting irritated that i keep buying car parts instead of small sparkely things that go on a finger
but come on...when your car needs new heads, lowering springs and shocks and a new set of 315 tires....a man can't think about diamonds!!

My wife is all for me modding the car.
She's got a $5000 diamond on her finger, with twelve smaller ones and two sapphires along with it.

It's just that we just bought a house and for the moment our monthly income and expenses are a little to close for comfort.
I wonder if she knows my list of desired mods tops twenty grand...
