I'm in Minnesota. It costs around 25-30 to ship it. The rod ends are there, but the boots are really badly ripped open, it needs new ones. The tie rod boots are nice, but also have very tiny holes in them. Nothing huge, or in need of replacing.

I was going to replace my rack and pinion with it, but when 8 hours went by and I couldn't get it disconnected from the pump I gave up and put it back in, and somehow cured my problem.

 

Well I'm going to try the rag joint elimination first, but I'll let you know.
