Still hesitating under load

Hey guys, My 94 Z is still hesitating while under a load..aka in drive, reverse, or accelerating slightly. I can also feel it miss a little on the interstate..which is REALLY ANNOYING!! I checked the plugs today and they were fine. Replaced the Opti Recently, fuel filter, looking for my options. My Intake elbow is pretty torn up in the area where the actual intake meets the elbow. Could this be the cause?
What is funny is that it only happens after the car warms up and has been driving for a bit...or at least that is the only time I can feel it. I looked at the plug wires and they APPEAR to be ok. I guess maybe its time to bite the bullet and get new wires. If you guys have any idea on what this is thanks for any input... Cory
