While your idea is a good idea, there are two sides to every story. There have already been complaints about this thread from some of the "other side of the story" people.

Jason has already mentioned he doesn't want a forum or threads like this and while sometimes we are lenient on letting "watch out for" posts continue, as soon as there is a debate about the validity of them, there are problems. With some complaints already coming from this one, it's getting closed. While some info here may be correct and good info, we can't verify all claims of people being "scammed" and therefore these just lead to problems. Sorry.
