SPEC stage II for sale (LT1)
SPEC stage II for sale (LT1)
Bought this in November and put it in my Impala, then come to find it isn't a good clutch for suck a pig of a car. The clutch has less than 1800 miles on it, and is in great shape. I'm looking to get maybe $400 shipped??...open to offers too. Let me know. Thanks

Re: SPEC stage II for sale (LT1)
if you have any pics of it send them to jschoenwetter14@hotmail.com please. Is this including pressure plate, throwout bearing, etc? and how did you find out it wasn't good for the impala? Did it slip on you or had you just heard that it wouldn't be good?

blue, pics are on the way, and for the rest, they can be viewed here.
Also, to answer your questions here as well, here is the email:
...The clutch never slipped in the Impala at all, it had a "grabbing" problem. The kevlar was too aggressive of a material, and didn't want to slip much under the higher strain. I think the problem was compounded by my choice of car
and choice of gear. Thanks for the interest.
Oops, forgot to answer; yes everything (TOB, PP, and disc) is included except the pilot bearing. I can even throw in the alignment tool.
