Sony CyberShot DSC-S85 digital camera for sale
Well, it is time for me to let go of my old standby...my Sony CyberShot DSC-S85.
4.0 megapixel
Carl Zeiss lens
MPEG recording
6X digital zoom
and on, and on...
I have had this camera for about two years and I would keep it much longer if I hadn't gotten a new camera for Christmas. Every picture that I posted on CamaroZ28.Com, my personal web site and quite a few other sites within the past couple of years were taken with this camera.
Even though it is used, you would never be able to tell. Not a single scratch, scrape, dent, scuff on it. The lens is perfectly clear. The digital display viewfinder has ZERO defects and is flawless. It looks absolutely positively 100% brand new in every sense. Heck, it even still has the original stickers on it, and comes in the original box with all paperwork.
Here is the complete list of what it comes with:
* Sony DSC-S85 Digital Camera (used - obviously)
* Battery Pack NP-FM50 (charges right in the camera, you do not have to remove it. Also is interchangeable with some Sony video cameras.)
* AC Adapter / Charger AC-L10 (unused, still in original factory packaging)
* Memory Stick MSA-16A (16 MB)
* Shoulder Strap (unused)
* USB Cable (used
)
* A/V Cable (unused, still in original twisty-tie.
* CD-ROM: Sony USB Drivers, MGI PhotoSuite, MGI VideoSuite (unused)
Here is a review of it that will tell you everything you could possibly need to know about it:

Here is a pic that was taken on a cloudy day with the basic settings...
http://www.phantomss.com/camaro/img/ss2.jpg
It does decent MPG movies...nothing compared to a full video camera, but good enough for a catching a few moments in digital for easy upload to the web.
It has tons of features and options, I left most of them "stock". See that review link above for complete coverage of what it does.
I took some pictures of it with my new camera, but I haven't figured out all of the settings of the new camera, so they didn't turn out well.
Here they are anyway.

(sorry the quality is so poor...I gotta figure this new camera out...soon.)
Anyway...
$250 for everything, shipped via UPS with insurance and a tracking number. PayPal is preferred.

Okay, gang...I figured out my new camera...at least enough to take decent pics olf the old camera.
You can view slightly better pics here:

I will move this one over to eBay if no one is interested in this by the end of the business day today. Just wanted to try to give someone a good deal here first.

Re: Sony CyberShot DSC-S85 digital camera for sale
Jason, I have that very model, and it's a great camera. Dont forget to mention that the body of this ZEISS lens equipped camera is all aluminum, and it will take a beating without so much as fazing it. I've scrambled over rocks in Colorado and Utah with this camera, dragged it through Mammoth caves, and it pretty much runs like new. It also uses the stndard Sony Memory stick cards, as well as the Sony NP-FM50 batteries that you get with your Sony MiniDV camcorder, so it can charge and interchange memory sticks and batteries with the camcorder.
Excellent resolution.
