I love how everyone assumes everything is my fault and that I am so worthless because of what he has said. Really makes me appreciate these message boards.
First off, if he would forward a copy of the email to me where he "specifically requested" it to be insured, I would happily refund him for the what was missing, which as it turns out was only two Snap-on pieces: a single socket and a stubby 3/8 ratchet. The other stuff was some of the misc. Matco sockets, which were simply lying in the bottom of my socket drawer and I threw in the deal just to juice it up and make sure it sold asap. You are correct, this sounded to good to be true, and I knew that when I listed it but I just got a bill for 4.5k from the University of Iowa, I need that damn money fast. If $5 will shut you up about a single socket and ratchet let me know, or if you want to send what you did receive back to me and I give you a full refund fine, lets get it done. Next time around I will sell them for quite a bit more, of course insured next time so I dont have to deal with this.
I havent replied to your emails because I have been working every spare second I get trying to raise the money I need to cover this bill. A missing socket and ratchet arent exactly top priority this week. You got an amazing deal to start off with so just be happy with it. I could have sold that for double and look what I get for cutting a guy a deal. Really makes me want to continue doing business around here!
...but go ahead guys, by all means, keep talkin

I don't know why you would ship it NOT insured in the first place. Obviously a few extra dollars is worth your selling reputation going to ****. That's fine. Infact, I don't even want any money back from you, just for people on this board to know what a bad seller you are and what an ***hole you have been trying to deal with this. I've tryed to be nice, yea you'd be upset too if you bought somthing and when you recieved it, it wasn't complete. But whatever. It's people like you that make the boards a shaky place to buy stuff from.
