should I do 1.6 or 1.7 rocker arms? (no cam)

should I do 1.6 or 1.7 rocker arms? (no cam)

Sticking with the stock cam for now, if I were to just do roller rockers, and went with 1.7's, would that be too much for a cam down the road? or could I just get a smaller cam because of the 1.7 vs. 1.6 ?

Is it worth it to do the 1.7's over the 1.6's with the stock cam?

And yes, I know new springs will be needed

i would think the 1.7 would be too much lift for a bigger cam on down the road

1.7's would be optimum if you knew you were always going to stick with the stock cam.

1.7's is good for stock cam, and even better for an aftermarket cam, just choose wisely... I will eventually do the hot cam with 1.7's... which i beleive is around .560 lift... just gotta pick and choose your stuff carfully are you'll end up binding springs or smacking valves with pistons..
