Brand new bought from thunder racing tought my fuel pump was gone it was the opti. they charge 20percent restocking fee so i will sell it on here for 220.00 shipped it is for the lt1 motor thanks

seen it for 189.00 new, why so much?

The LT1 system with harness was NEVER $189

Perhaps you are thinking of the L98 system?
