Random Tech High Flow Catalytic Y Pipe
Random Tech part # 94003 - High Flow 96-97 LT1 Catalytic Y Pipe. This part was never installed but has two small dents in the tubing which happened during shipping. These will not affect performance. Brand new, these sell for close to 600.

It's a replacement catalytic Y pipe so yes it would pass emissions but there is no CARB or EOD # so CA residents wouldn't be able to use it.
