posi rear end w ring and pinion bad

this is from a 95 trans am.. i will let this rear end go for 150 plus shipping..or local pick up is welcome too. or i will drive half way with a non refundable gas down payment..

and are you will to just sell the posi out of it? Possibly the brakes too?
