are the p zero nero 275/40/17 new with stickers still on them?
if they are what kind of payments do you take? COD?

I got my tires and they ARE awesome!!!!! They were mounted b4 on sumptin else, but have like no miles on them..... The labels were partially there still. I got the 295-30-18s, and I love them
