Hey guy. I won't be needing that 'cutting' as I mentioned before. I decided to wire brush it, put a fiberglaas patch on it and paint it with POR 15.

how do the chrome wheels look? and what shape are the tires?

 

The 3 rims tht are there are in decent shape. I would say a 7/10 as far as looks go. The tires on the other hand are more than likely the reason the car was wrecked as they are mostly bald.
