Yes for a 10 bolt. They are for any 4th gen stock rear axle with a 3-Series carrier. E-mail me at bcarlin@comcast.net if you want them and discuss price.

It's just the ring and pinion gear set. All you really need is a shim set that you can buy locally for a few bucks. Use your bearings and races again unless they are worn out. I can send you some pics by e-mail if you want.
